Thanks man good to be back in a way that lifestyle is great for a few weeks but would kill me haha. Sweriously though anybody who knows me understands that training is in my heart and soul. So I trained every day. Ran an 8 k circuit most of the time in 30+ degrees heat and high humidity then jumped into the sea (which was freezing this year??) and swam about half an hour. Add that to the hundreds of miles I must have walked and the recreational swims I feel really fit. I guess I have gained about half the weight I lost back but hey that is a spur for more training so see you in the dojo ya'll....THERE WILL BE SWEAT lol

as I've always said, you're the most consistent martial artist I've ever met. Remind me never to go on hols with ya because I don't think I could have handled that schedule. Welcome back again and see you tomorrow
