Sorry if I scared you! Happy Halloween.
Anyone reading this section these days?
Anyway, doesn't look like I'll be fighting until next year. I guess I'll just have to eat plenty and get ready to enjoy Christmas!

My bigest opponent will be me because I am very strongly thinking about going to welterweight in 2013. I never fought at that weight throughout my years in martial arts so it would be a big personal challenge. The weight cut proceedure in mma should enable me to do it. I would be a big enough ww. However, this Christmas I think my weight might be going in the opposite direction.

Why does anyone move down a weight category? To be even more competitive plus I reckon I'll look more ripped A lot of middle weights this year and last have cut to ww . All mma athletes are pushing boundaries and are getting bigger at each weight. I could be a big Welter weight. It would be a personal challenge. It's the personal challenges that have kept me going all these years. Right now I would have to cut 30 pounds! The plan is to fight at mw in March and then ww this summer. By the way I haven't been 170lbs since I was a teen. I'm a professional trainer and coach and I greatly believe in my own methods which is why I'm willing to lead by example. Here's to goals and best wishes to everyone pushing themselves. Did you see that fella who skydived from outer space. woah!

WW would be a serious challenge but I am confident you can do it and it will inspire me and others to push our boundaries. Goals are what keeps us going I am going to wait until new year to set my next ones bring on 2013

yep it's just a tad bit early to completely set out the 2013 goals. A lot of mine will be carried over from 2012 though! We have to get through the rest of this year first and there's still time to achieve a couple of other things.

Well said I am thinking of switching the little bit of time I have before classes to a weight training program starting with relatively light weights with lots of reps. I will let you nkow how it goes.
