I'm enjoying the mix of both clubs these days. I'm at D7 on Tuesdays & Thursdays and D15 Monday, Wednesday & Friday. There's definitely a good buzz at both clubs at the moment. Facebook is funny too these days so if you're not friends with me or mai - please add us and get onboard. We're adding a new mma training class in D15 every Wednesday from 2 to 3pm - starting from Wednesday 13th 2013. Yes, you have to do the 1pm class first. Also, like the Tuesday & Thursday classes at 2pm, it's not a beginner session - members only. If you have your first belt with us then you can definitely give it a go. I'm delighted to see D7 & D15 members training at both clubs. I never liked the speration 'us against them' attitude. We come one www.youtube.com/watch?v=65EfTFUFDwIOn a funny note. 2 new members got lost heading to our club the other night and they dropped into a 'competitors' place who told them we had moved and were gone. Very cheeky. I've a good mind to pay them a visit but we all know what would happen - they'd poo themselves and deny it! If I hear about that happening again I might not be able to hold back. I've the strength & conditioning class tonight and it's been great teaching it. I've gotten to train myself too but I've been most impressed with the 'give anything a go' attitudes - especially from the girls. That's all for now. Over & Out.

Yes also enjoy seeing the D15 guys training in D7. Not in the least surprised by the attitude of the 'competitors'. The strength and conditioning class is indeed a blast and was most impressed with the horse stance press-ups and the piggy back squats on Wednesday. Bring on the next one
