Hi all. Everybody in the world of stand up martial arts i.e. kickboxing/thai boxing knows that thai padwork is seriously tough but really efficient training. With this in mind myself and Kiefer got stuck in last Friday with the ever obliging Eddie doing the honours holding the pads. Even though we were doing the hitting we really felt it the next day. Am looking forward to doing lots more of this, time/Eddie and other volunteers (hint )willing.

I got annother session on thai pads today with Eddie holding again and he is getting used to the very different methods of holding the Thai pads as opposed to ordinary focus mitts. UNfortunately I pulled up in round three with a back spasm but feel ok now fingers crossed Didn't stop though and banged out two more rounds albeit more carefully lol. Many thanks again to Eddie.
