Firstly, I want to thank everyone for their interest in me. I've been asked so many times 'what's the secret Rob?'!
Fighting can be a lonely activity but I have such a great amount of people behind me that I feel a part of a team and a family. Sure, I get the odd bit of negativity thrown my way but it's nothing in comparison to the support I receive and the positivity in my life. Thank you to everyone.

Thanks Rob
Because of all the suspense I have to get just for men to cover up all the grey hair brought on by the torture you are inflicting.
Put me out of my misery or the weekend is goin to go downhill
best wishes Phillip

The secret is, there is no secret. Set a goal, work hard and you will succeed. Don't waste your time looking for the magic pill or the quick and easy way. Stop looking for scams or loopholes. Stick to your own path and don't be swayed by others. Jealousy is a horrible disease that you must make sure you don't catch. Feel free to emulate others but avoid comparing or competing. Save the competition for competition. The struggle to be positive is a daily struggle and one that you must win. Treat everyone as you would like to be treated. Everyone, without exception wants to feel important. Money can make things easier but it’s definitely not the be all and end all. Material possessions are nice but it’s the relationships that you will cherish on your deathbed. Count your blessings everyday and be thankful to whatever force you believe in. Aim to keep your life in balance – eat right, sleep right, exercise right. Allow yourself to love and to be loved. Start by loving yourself. Too many people don’t and if that’s you, start doing things that will make you happy within yourself. Ego has its place but it can also be your captor. Free yourself and think outside yourself. Your education should never finish at school or college. Get into the habit of reading and writing. There is a book to be written in everyone. We are constantly changing, goal achieving organisms. Don’t let fear or failure or nerves hold you back from doing the things that you want to do. Above all, TRAIN HARD.
I told you some people would like my secret and some people wouldn’t! I’m not preaching as the above is how I try to live my life. I share it with you all with love and I would love to hear if anyone has any additions to it. I could have kept writing but I don’t want to bore you. No, I’m not drunk or high! The secret is that there is no secret! Have a great weekend and thank you again for your interest.

How many views did the topic get Rob? very interesting and true words which we can all refer back to during those challenging times we all face. Even though everyone starts for their own reasons, sets there own goals etc its important to know that there are others around you willing to help in any way they can afterall a rising tide raises many boats-now you have be being all spiritual! well now that the secret has been revealed I can relax and enjoy my holiday. Wishing you and Louise all the best with your wedding. Looking forward to hearing how it went and getting stuck back into training.

Above all, TRAIN HARD and BE HAPPY. Thanks for sharing and remember don't go trying to do too many things at once as it will only wear you down.

Every bit of that Man is inspirational! Being able to live your life that way is the best way and as everyone knows, living in Dublin, someone is always looking for and 'Easy Way' through life or 'scams' and end up getting caught. As Rob said be your own person! Stephen hope you enjoy your holidays, the amount you train is rarely matched and you deserve your break. Sure you'll be back soon enough to bash me as always ha! Peaccccccce

There has been a saying in place since early roman times. One that inspired the romans to conquer practically all of the then known world until they got lazy 600 years later (some career eh lol). 'Per ardua ad astra' was the motto meaning 'through hard work to the stars'. Inspiration and ability get you so far but hard graft is what truly makes you achieve your goals. Nice thread dude.

hey druid impress with message, and i very much the same thingings. i do belive in been posivite all the time, hammer it to my kids..no one has the right to hold back on any dreams witch we want. but even besides that just encouraging each other is very very important so that people can belive in themselves. i dont know why the irish are bad at taking complaments and supporting each other, if we did oh what a place it would be and a much better place to be..i am from the bond flats and nobody wants to do anthing to help themselves just looking for the easy life of drugs , drink, etc etc. its sad but thats the way..doing the training we do is so important in ours lives and going for grades and compeating is are rewards. and at my next stage in my life now and going for higher grades is so importanrt for me even whatever pace i am going at, just to show that "WE CAN GET THEIR" no matter whats in our way.. we are here as a team and taking the hits and still move forward..i done things in sports which goes against belife in people, but i am no better that you i say i just belive and keep at it.. i need help and i got help and thats why i went to d7.. great message rob and i back 140% on that.. well done
