A big thank you and a early happy Christmas to Kiefer, Colm and all the instructors and members I have had the pleasure of training with over the past year.

Sadly I wont make the Christmas Olympics as I am currently in a very hot India using to hot weather to work on my stretching!!!!
............Well actually its to do a bit of travelling but I do hope to keep the stretching going and pick up a few tips from the Muay Thai boys when I hit Thailand.

Hope India is good- you're missing the freak heatwave over here though! Only messing it's freezing.
