Derek was in tipping mood yesterday and if you're looking for any tips or self help tips as well, I'm around everyday in the dojo and Sinead is in D7 on Sunday as well. Best of luck to everyone who's grading and see y'all next Saturday!

This coming Saturday people, get the tips, get the confidence and get the motivation to do it! Derek is in D7 on Tuesday so if anyone needs any last minute tips, he will give you the dig out needed!
