Hi All,
Has anyone done any weights like this. Doing a full body using squat, bench, row, deadlift and clean and press. Take 75-80% of 1 rep max and do 10 mins with that weight and once you can do 30 reps increase the weight.
It is meant to increase power as you are lifting heavy for high reps as well as give you a cardio workout. Let me know what you think
