Wow after reading all that, i feel so unfit.
Well Done Rob on completing that training & all the best with the next session in Newcastle.
And you can never have enough of 80s rock. Pure Cheese and Mullets. Brilliant.

As i said before it takes a lot of courage to head over to such an extreme camp and train with fighters and trainers to that caliber, many people say they would love to do it but if it came to the crunch i don't think they would be so keen as i does sound gruelling - very well done Rob - reading your training helped motivate me through the week - everytime i felt pain or tired id just read your blog and it would make me feel better haha beacause it sounds like torture - again well done and i hope you got loads of cool experience out of it...See you monday - ROCK ON (-:!!!!

Sounds like an absolutely amazing week and things have gone really well for you and your heading straight off again for more in England. Keep up the good work we are all behind you.

On the Saturday night we headed to a restaurant as we had a surprise 30th birthday party for Firas. GSP was there along with Kenny Florian and loads from the gym. Afterwards, myself, GSP, Tom Watson and Eric's friend Roger all went back to Eric's house to watch the UFC. It was cool watching the UFC with Georges St-Pierre and hearing his running commentary. After that George dropped myself and Tom into town. A good ending to a good week.

Thats a cool photo - Kenny is a super fighter and only fought Bj penn recently,getting to train with him is cool..
