Have to say that even though I have plateaud in terms of cardio fitness and weight loss all of this weight training is making me feel seriously strong. Have been working on some pliometric sets as well and also feel more explosive so fingers crossed it is paying off. Hoping to start jogging again soon as I have been practicing a stride recommended to me by a long distance runner friend which involves staying on the ball of my feet about 80 percent of the time and only switching to heel toe motion to allow calf to stretch. Will continue to post. Deco

I won't even try a 130 as I get huge pecs when I go that way and don't like that look (lol vain git) Two more weeks of weights then mega skipping is the plan. I was in the shape of my life when I did one hour and more non stop skipping arms, abs and chest were in great shape so that is my goal again. We'll see eh

declan go for the asics nimbus runner for that skipping..its for the neutral runner foot.. but the gel in shoes will absorb shock going to the shins and ankle...great runners i use them only for running or skiping, i try a few, they suit me cause of lot of gels and cusions in shoes..arnotts have the asics sales in early june so you will get them half price

Haven't been on this in a while (again lol) guess I'm too busy sweating to write Anyway as it stands i have moved onto a serious cardio buzz again but am including stability ball abs and arms exercises to maintain tone. Hope everybody is enjoying their training.
