Congrats to all the successful survivors of Fighting Fitness Week. It was tough training but everyone was able for it and passed with flying colours. We didn't take it easy any of the days and there weren't many breaks. If any beginners read this next year they will probably think that it sounds too hard but we gradually built up the difficulty as we went along. The great thing about Kickboxing is that you can go at your own pace and gradually increase it so the training will never be easy and it's always a challenge. I bet there will be a few sore people tomorrow because everyone did push way beyond their normal training ranges. I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed torturing........eh, I mean training everybody and I look forward to training with everyone again soon. Thank you to andyh & jennc & michroch as well as the instructors for keeping everyone posted on this blog.

Hi All, Hope ya not too stiff after the fighting fitness week? Just want to say thanks to Robert for last week. Like he said you could never do training with such intensity on your own, agree with you 100% Last year was brill but this year was better. The last day consisted of 5 minute circuits, at the start of the week when I looked at the plan I was dreading it. It was a hard as you imagined but who was gonna give up?? No-one cause we pushed each other and Rob with his eyes in the back of the head made sure everyone was working. Again thanks Rob, looking forward to next year. (10 min circuits and rounds HA Ha dont even think about it)

I'm a bit late with my last entry, but I'm a busy man, you know? I think everyone summed up the week well above, so I'll keep it brief.
Thanks Rob for the week, and thanks to all the other participants, it was a brilliant course.
In total I lost 4 kilos in the 5 days, and I don't even have that much to lose! I'll be floating away if I keep this up, that's two thirds of a stone! Feeling super fit, and the last day really made me push myself hard. Saturday morning training was rough to get up for with two dead legs (thanks keifer) from the sparring and squats the day before!
Well done everyone and thanks. Don't put all the weight back on this week though! keep up the training at least a bit, and I hope to see everyone back next year twice as fit!
Ps. If you're reading this and wondering whether to do the MMA Warrior course or not, my advice is give it a go, you'll see the results straight away!
