ha ha ha I started this thread because I know you have gotten back into a good training routine and you should let the peeps know it can't always be me writing up stuff ha ha ha

Yeah well done Rob in an exchange of texts on Saturday Louise informed me she had done about 400 hundred squats ....ouch come on Louise none of the secretive ninja stuff lol ....telll us!!!

Hahahahah, duhhhhh I have just noticed this today. Your right Rob it can't always be you writing up. Well Declan is right with the squats lol. I was teaching all Roberts classes in D7 while he was away in training camp and to date the 1pm Tuesday's and Thursday's classes have been getting bigger. Now I have been training in all of these classes and what there doing I'm doing. So we do 10 reps of everything. Circuits, tabbatha drills. Lots of reps and lots of cardio. We also do lots of technique on the bag. I have battled and battled with weight over the last while, I'm good one day and then bold the next. But to be honest I have been really good and have lost 9lb so far. So I'm on a real buzz at the moment. I'm also trying to mix things up with going for jogs and Kickboxing training. To round up my training I go to the gym on a Saturday morning just 5 mins from where I live and I have tried the spinning classes and weights and toning class. I might head into the gym to do more after followed by steam and sauna. I also am doing swimming, just to mix up my training and the best part of it all, I'm seeing results and I'm enjoying it. So if anyone is coming down to my classes be prepared thats all I will say.
