We've let Eddie Lawlor loose again to run this Fighting Fitness Programme Boot Camp - this may sound shocking to some but he's actually done an excellent job with the last 4 FFPBC's. Shocking! Will do Keith, Well this course is two weeks away and I can say without a doubt it's going to be the best one yet. 4 weeks of fun, torture, happiness, pain and most of all... Results! Looking forward to it and so is everyone else who are signed up. roll on November!

I have a good few signed up for this already but there is still room for more! Get the names in and deposits down and prepare yourself for the BEST FFPBC yet! I can't wait to unleash my ideas on to this course and wreck everyone just in time for Crimbo! Less than a week to go!

Well week one was great with plenty of boxing and hard training being done by the men and women, they are working hard and I can already see a difference in them. Week two is moving on to kicks and I am looking forward to getting plenty of kicks done and plenty of sweating done, roll on Tuesday!

Tuesday was all about kicks and we progressed from the 'basics' of front, round and side through to bicycle-axe and spinning-crescent which was great. Trouble is we did the lot without a break! Tough enough but, as ever with Company Sergeant Major Ed, great fun.
Tonight we are back on circuits which, strangely, I really enjoy. See you there grapple fans.
