Well I thought I post up a big well done to the following lads who recently completed the Fighting Fitness Program with me over the last few weeks: Dara Lewis, lost 10lbs Darren Hardiman, lost 9lbs Derek Foley, lost 15lbs all three lads performed extremely well. They trained hard, stuck to the tough diet and performed from start to finish. I was so happy for all of them, they were happy with the course and I was also very happy with how it went. If anyone is interested in getting the results like these lads have gotten, PM me here or ask myself in D7 or Robert in D15. With Fighting Fitness Week also coming up, what a better time to get fit than now, let us know! Happy training people!

Absolutely super results. Congrats to all. That was just last month so congrats to all the other successful participants from earlier this year too

well we have two more who successfully completed the Fighting Fitness Program this week and last week. Rachel Moss, lost 10lbs Laoise Ryan, lost 7lbs The two of them performed really well and once again, if you put the effort in, you will get the results!! Well done again Rachel and Laoise!

Jason Parker, lost 9lbs Well done to Jason Parker who completed the FFP with me last week and is continuing on with classes with myself and even has plans to go for the yellow belt in June. Well done dude and roll on even more weight loss!!

Rachel Armstrong, lost 7lbs Rachel not only did the Fighting Fitness Program with me this month, she also did the Fighting Fitness Program Boot Camp with me last month! She's also signed herself up for Fighting Fitness Week which is commencing next Monday! She's living up to her nickname, ARM-STRONG! Very well done Rachel, roll on next Monday!

These are all excellent results - well done everyone and keep them coming - some people have successfully completed this course with me several times over - isn't that right Louise O'D and Stuart B etc.?

Karl McCaughey, lost 8lbs very well done to Karl who started with me only a month or so ago and got stuck in from the start. He performed really well and has plans to get even more weight down between now and the end of summer. Well don again dude!

Gordon Finney & Karl Mc these lads regularly train with me and were so excited by doing the FFP, they wanted to do it together! It was Karl's second time completing the course with me and they both trained extremely hard and the results were there to see, well done lads!
