Well it's the second day of the dojo open and overall I am already not missing the Christmas buzz! Back to basics January is always a fun time for me, seeing the old faces walk through the door but, as well as that, our new members coming in and seeing what the fuss is all about. It's a great time to get started for people with all of us in the same boat. We're all setting ourselves goals, all wanting to better ourselves and try out new things and get stuck in. A lot of people want to start a new sport and that's were kickboxing comes into play. It is the perfect time to start up and I do expect a lot of new members to love it. So let's bring on the #BACK2BASICS and embrace it! Let's embrace it before Fantastic February and Manic March come along!
