Can't wait for this and it's gonna be a cracker! Last course before the Christmas buzz sets in(can't believe I'm saying that already!). It'll be a good one and not to be missed!

Well the FFPBC is finished for another year and I must say I enjoyed it from start to finish! I had a total of 13 peeps in and every one of them trained hard, sweated a plenty and hopefully got the benefits from it. The course was designed for beginners but also for the more experienced members in the group to push it even more and make sure they were as wrecked as the beginners ha. We got plenty of punches, kicks, elbows, knees, combos, cardio, technique, resistance, strength and conditioning done and at the end of it everyone can say they completed a tough but very enjoyable course.
