Best wishes to all those going for the belt grading on 10th December. As always, let your instructor know, train hard, attend the syllabus group classes or private classes, get your tips, rehearse, practice, go over, memorise, write out your own notes and study the sheets. Arrive fully prepared and confident. M.A.I. club t-shirt and M.A.I. trousers or shorts is the preferred uniform for anyone going for Orange belt and above.
