I suppose I'm looking forward to getting back to the grind after my holidays (not lol) Will start back on serious cardio today and bought myself some new bungie cords so I'm going to work out a resistance programme with those. Will report back here. See you all soon Declan

Declan was in today during the 1pm class training,looked like an intense work-out(as always) Most people would give themselves a few days to get back to normal but nah not Declan - haha welcome back again Declan keep up the good work!!

Has anybody else been hit by the virus going around. I kinda didn't believe some guys in work when they went sick. But man I was flattened last wednesday and thursday a strange feeling of lethargy and aching joints. Then bang Saturday came and it was like I hadn't been sick trained really hard on Saturday and watched the team getting stuck in also. So hopefully my training will be more consistent this week. Hope to see lots of you at the dojo. Declan

I think to ur credit u have great mental Strength and for your average person Feeling a bit off would be enough to not train. But your power to use your mind to focus your body and To train as you do is inspirational because As u often say age is but a number.

i was hit bad with flu through the body last wednesday week, had for 4 days, it knock me over even flexaibilty on me hips suffer..dont know where it came from..
