Getting back into it after my 4 week lay-off. I thought I would be worse than I was so quite happy with myself your mind does play tricks on you when you are on hols and not eating right or training. I'm just training once a day this week and will ramp it up from next week. Really hoping to get to announce a fight shortly.

Training yesterday was Lethal! Haven't got punched and kicked that hard well since four weeks ago haha. Cant wait for next week for more training with you Rob, It's good to have ya back ha!

Current training for me consists of 2 one hours sessions every week down in D7 with John. As I cannot get down to D7 more than that I try to get in at least 3 x 30 minute sessions at home. Tonight the 30 minute session consisted of the following; - 5 minute cycling machine for 2.59KM. - 3 minutes of boxing on the bag (water filled base). - 3 minutes of kicking on the same bag. - 3 minutes of kick boxing on the same bag. - Back to the bike for 1 minute for 0.59KM. - 1 minute of boxing on the bag (water filled base). - 1 minute of kicking on the same bag. - 1 minute of kick boxing on the same bag. - 1 minute of jump-jacks. - 2 minutes of knees on the bag. - 2 minutes of elbows on the bag. - 2 minutes of ABS. - 2 minutes of Stretching. Total of 27 minutes of workout in the 30 minutes. Need to move faster between rounds.
