Just want to say a big thank you to all the instructors today, for there advice, time , effort and patience! And well done to all TEAM M.A.I every one fought well and hard!

And goodluck to Louise with the trials on Monday, its a once in life time oppurtunity and I have no doubt you will grab it. See you all down the gym

Hey,

Just wanna say a big thank you to all the MAI instructors and
fellow MAI members who attended the best of the best comp
yesterday.This was my first comp entry and i have to say,true
to Robert's words... 'i have been bitten by the bug'.
This is what its all about for me.

Nerves...i wont go there! but what i will say is that, the support and encouragement from Team MAI on the day was amazing. well done to everyone and thanks again.
