UFC 93 will be held at the new O2 Arena (formerly the Point) in Dublin on January 17th. The event will be headlined by a light-heavyweight bout pitting Dan "Hendo" Henderson against Rich "Ace" Franklin. Also announced is the light-heavyweight fight between Mauricio "Shogun" Rua and UFC Hall of Famer Mark "The Hammer" Coleman. Both returning to the Octagon after injuries prevented them from competing in their last scheduled fights (Rua vs. Liddell and Coleman vs. Lesnar). This will be their second fight after their 2005 Pride fight where Rua lost due to a broken arm. See this announcement on UFC.com for more. I cannot wait for this event and will do whatever I can to get my hands on tickets. Anyone else as excited as I am? Who's going?

Ok here i GO AGAIN STIRRING EVERYBODY UP> If I had ten bucks for every fool who told me they thought the UFC was the best thing since sliced bread I could comfortably retire. The UFC is awesome but the difference is more people sit and watch it than get involved in training for it. Who thinks that the likes of Tito Ortiz, Wanderlei SIlva, Randy Couture, Liddell, Hughes etc sit on their asses admiring some distant athlete instead of breaking their own butts in the gym. It's about participation not anticipation baby lol. Get your asses to the gym

Not trying to make anyone jealous or anything ha ha but I should also get the opportunity to train and spar with Denis Kang as he is training at the same gym as GSP at the moment!
I felt sorry for poor Randy Couture last night - he was doing well but he just got caught. Brock is so big but I still think 'The Natural' could beat him.

I agree with Robert, Couture got caught, but he was holding well against that monster Lesnar. I think Couture should've won, he is the better fighter in my opinion, but even he can't afford one mistake against someone that big!

It was very sad seeing a legend liked Couture pounded on by Lesner. It looked to me that Couture's game plan was working, Brock was a hell of a lot more fatigued after round 1, still it must be hard dodging triple XL gloves coming at ya round after round!
