I really look forward to courses that allow me and the students participating to concentrate on a single aspect of combat. This eight week course absolutely flies in an many students have repeated it several times. Hope to see lots there.

Sounds like a super number started this course so make sure we get a couple of reports as well as pictures and videos as I'd love to see how it goes

was hoping some of my eager students would write the odd report about this but I guess they are shy Anyway five weeks in and it has been a blast with teh focus being on shorter skill based drills than on long diffcult to learn combos it has worked out that when we stitch them together we have worked up to 41 move combo based on three of the regular drills and many complaints of 'my arms are falling off' lol. Every week we have also worked on abdominal conditioning and using boxing specific fitness methods like bag evasion, step work and 3D bob rope. With three weeks left to go watch this space.

Next week is the last week of Punch city for this year and I am already getting requests for when the next one is which is always a compliment. We will finish with a full review of material covered. Remember these fixed term courses are great to focus on a single aspect of trainng but the best way to get results from them is to ocntinue practising them whether in sparring on when you have bag rounds in classes. See you on Saturday.
