Grade Sparring Seminar Saturday 21st November 2015

This is back this year for only the second time ever! I do think it was a great help last year to all those going for the higher grades. You don't have to be a high grade to attend this seminar but you will need full sparring gear. Grade sparring is totally different to ordinary sparring. Nothing to be afraid of, especially with the proper preparation and this seminar is it Anyone thinking of grading for green belt or above should give it a go
