Belt Grading 12th December

This is the last belt grading of 2015. Finish your year strong and achieve a new belt colour This is my favourite belt grading of the year because it's the final push before the Christmas grade. Remember, belts are awarded and not given so you must prove you are already that colour to earn it. Put the training in now and get those pre grade tips Simply let any of the instructors know you want to grade and they will do their utmost to help you get ready. 3pm at Dublin 7. Wear your MAI t-shirt

Plenty of yellow belts going for this one too, goals are important when it comes to kickboxing, that's why I've been pushing everyone this year to get at least one grade done. Finish off the year with a new color and then tear into next year with the same mentality! Roll on the 12th!

Also.. Kids Grading is the week beforehand and I know Declan and his helpers have been working hard to get them ready too for it, it's going to be a good one!
