FREE Trial Kickboxing Class 6th February

We're offering a Free trial Kickboxing class to all new members on Saturday 6th February 2016 from 1pm to 2pm. Current members are more than welcome to attend and it will be a great opportunity to go over the basics in this class - it'll still be a good workout too of course

Registration is essential to book a place for this class as places are limited. To make it even easier too, gloves will not need to be purchased. Therefore, it'll cost absolutely NOTHING to give this class a go - we simply need a name, number and email to hold a place.

Please let us know if you would like us to book a place for your friends or family members as we'd like to offer you guys/gals the places first. The greatest compliment you can give us is to refer us to a friend or family member.
