Sunday 7th February 11am to 1pm the next Kicking Workshop takes place. This is one of (senior instructor) Declan Kidd's favourite seminars to teach and there's a lot of content to squash into those 2 hours. Kicking technique, Kicking power, Kicking speed and Kicking flexibility will all be covered as well as drills, training techniques and stretching exercises. It's expected to be busy as I have plenty of students working kick set 1,2,3. Totally recommended to try this class out and squeeze the benefits from it. Put the name down and express the interest peeps. Boom

Absolutely loved the kicking seminar today! Not only was there amazing instruction and demonstration of techniques from Declan, the little tips and tricks that he gave us to go away and work on ourselves were golden! As he said himself, they'll only work if you keep practicing them! Thanks Declan for a super seminar and thanks to all of the M.A.I. staff for making it possible. My name will definitely be on the list for the next one!  |

I was floating around last sunday taking pics and vids of the course and the feedback I've gotten has been all positive. A lot of people who do private classes with me did the course and all said they enjoyed it and had gotten benefits from it. Well done to the crew and roll on the next one! |
