I love this course on the day and hate it the next lol leg burn to the max with lots of hints and tips to improve kicks whatever your level.

Thanks for that. Declan reminded me about it on Saturday when I was there with the kids. Forgot to say anything to Rob today, will mention on Weds if I remember. Although I took a knock today and my ribs are pretty sore now. Never hold your fist between a kick pad and your ribs :-(

Rookie mistake Colm! I learned the hard way all them years ago myself ha ha. This Sunday peeps, course has filled out fast so limited spaces available, get on it to avoid disappointment!

A brilliant crew turned out for a lovely Sunday morning. Lots of drills and tricks covered and have already asked when the next one is Bring on Self Defence course next week.
