Well Happy New Year everyone , hope 2009 is a good year for everybody . So I bet everyone is sick of the mention of turkey , sweets and chocolate because I know I am . If your bored and sick of eating we have a group class on tomorrow and Wednesday at 1 pm and a group class tomorrow at 7 pm , hope to see you at the dojo . Talk to you then .
