woohoo 100 members have joined our forum. Congrats to the forum! Here's to the next 100! It would be great to get new people posting though so don't be afraid and give it a go. It's a great opportunity to ask us any questions you may have or to simply banter.
By the way, most of you were slackers over Christmas (that's what it's for!) so WELCOME BACK. Don't sit around and feel guilty for all the over indulgence, instead get stuck back in, the sooner the better. There will be loads happening this year and it's a strong start 'kicking' off with the Membership Sale then a special MMA Seminar and an Intro to Kickboxing course.
