This is just a little note to anyone trying to lose weight at the moment. I asked Keith to put a programme together for some weight loss and fitness. Well that he did and 5 weeks later ive lost 10 KILOS!!!!! It was a mixture of weight circuits(murder) and sparring and fitness circuits and combinations. It wasnt easy but Keith gets the best out of every session. I now call him the demon!!! I couldn believe it on saturday when i weighed myself that i lost so much but my diet was good too so id like to thank Keith(the demon) for not letting me quit and my wife thanks him too as ive been to tired for house work!!!!!!!

Hi Michael,
Give yourself a pat on the back. Keith can only push you so far but you did the hard work in and out of the gym. If you were not committed and focussed on the goal it would not have happened.

Well done, any of us who have tried losing (or even gaining) weight, whether its for a fight or personal reasons know the type of discipline required to stick to a diet- particularly when the late night take-away is calling! We all know how great a trainer Keith is but the work you have done yourself must have been just as great, well done!

Well done Michael,I know you have been pushing yourself really hard.I have seen you before and after your class and your determined to do it.I only said to you last Saturday that you had lost weight so well done, keep it up now.Well done again.

Nice one Mick just watch out for rebound syndrome. That is when you set out to achieve a weight loss goal and when you reach it go and change back to lifestyle that. caused surplus weight in the first place.
