I thought i would start this thread as i seen others put down there goals and achievements. MAi has been a big influence on most peoples life i.e people losing weight. My goals this year are to compete more and get a new belt, both off which will require determination. what are other peoples goals?? students and instructors alike.
ps. look forward to reaching my goals wit all MAI's help

i only joined before christmas so my first goal is to get fit and try for my first belt!!it really helps that the instructors are very enthusiastic and helpful.

Good thread this. Goal setting is the first step to achievement. Goals should be realistic and achievable. Mine for the near future is to overcome my knee injury (flared up again yesterday ) and once and for all achieving full splits front and side. That aside my goals a re tied in with yours. I am here (as are all the staff at MAI to help you achieve your goals and to help MAI get even stronger this year. Bring on 09
