Hi All Any suggestions for a training program to do kick boxing,weights and running over a week? Gary Hey. Can you specify bit more. How many times you can/wanna train in a week? How many KB classes u wanna do? u wanna do more aerobics or strenght training? Its easier to help if we know bit more -Pentti K

Yeah a bit vague Gary01. As Pentti said: How often do you have to train? What days and times? Where do you train? What experience do you have? and what age group and fitness level are you in?
