Well I'm new to the blogging scene so bear with me eh. I always have a lot going on in my head and will use this when possible to share this with you. At the moment I am working on rebuilding my flexibility and range of movement in my injured knee. When that is done or at least starting to yield fruit I intend to start running more frequently as this has always been my favourite form of weight management. So watch this space.
