Just really joined to sat thanks to Declan for the CQC course I did with him a few weeks back. I'm not a martial artist but have done some short intensive courses and I always find them enjoyable. The CQC course was great imo and it certainly whets the appetite for more. Not only was Declan an excellent teacher and a good guy but all the staff I encountered on the day..and since , when I went back to buy a dvd were absolute gentlemen.
