I say, this message forum is quite delicious. It's almost worth the BOWEL OBSTRUCTION!

Hola!! That's an excellent example Declan. Laid back vibe and effortless. Christopher Walken is THE MAN!! That's solidified itself as a dance classic for sure. Got a few varied examples: 1. "Groundskeeper Willie - from "The Simpsons":www.youtube.com/watch?v=9sVwUrfaZ4Q&feature=player_embeddedThe above never ceases to put a smile on my face!! ;D I DETEST the actually movie - but the reference to " Flashdance" at the end of the clip ALWAYS puts me in stitches. "GGAhhhrrrgghh... that's the stuff!!!" 2. "Napoleon Dynamite":www.dailymotion.com/video/xbs9y_napoleon-dynamite-dance-scene"Vote for Pedro!!" 3. "Madonna - Sticky and Sweet Tour":www.youtube.com/watch?v=czsFojCH2fg&feature=player_embeddedI went to this concert in July at the O2 in London. How Madonna (51 years old) has SOOOOOOOO much energy is beyond me!! She skips, she dances and she sings LIVE for 2 hours. I get tired just WATCHING her. Madonna's Dancers have to keep up with HER. Forward to time index 3:00 - she actually DOUBLE DUTCH JUMP ROPES!Some of my peers make up many excuses NOT to exercise. I show them the above clip - and they get inspired. I've always wondered how she'd cope in MAI!! Peace out: Darin
