Well fingers crossed that spell of snow and icy weather is just about over (at least for now) so no more excuses. Time for me and everybody else to get our butts in shape. See you in the dojo.

Hello Declan, I was just wondering on that leg stretch you showed us on Saturday, where you lie on the ground with your legs stretching on a wall and read a book etc. - For how long and how often should you do it, every given chance or should you give your muscles a rest for a day?
