Testing the water to see if we should hold an advanced CQC course later in the year? A lot of people have attended our main CQC course so this would be ideal for them or for people with Martial Arts and/or Self-Defence experience.

The Advanced CQC course would cover:
Refresh of defences against holds & chokes
Sport fighting versus Street Fighting
The best Defence against MMA techniques
Street Ground Fighting
Lots more Redman Sparring
Blunt weapon Defence
Sharp Weapon Defence
Nullifying an attack before it even starts
Weapon improvisation
Lightening Combinations
Speeding up reaction time
etc. etc. etc.

We don't have times or prices laid out yet as we just want to know who is interested. If you are interested then please let us know. I'm going to persuade Declan Kidd to teach this course with me.

Advanced CQC wouldn't be for total beginners as our main CQC course would be recommended first:
