it's off to Canada I go! This Sunday I head to Canada for 4 weeks. Yes, you read that correctly. 4 weeks. It was only booked last night so I'm letting you all know straight away. I'm heading over to Tristar gym again (gsp and many others train there) and it's an amazing opportunity for me. It wasn't an easy decision because of my committments to MAI Blackrock but I couldn't turn it down (don't worry because Blackrock will be in very capable hands). I really need the training and there is no better place for me. The standard there is the best in the World so hopefully it rubs off on me. I am due to fight again in September and as soon as it's confirmed I'll let you all know. Hopefully you all don't think this will be a relaxing and enjoyable/fun trip. It could be the hardest thing I've ever had to do - especially as I get home sick very easily! I'm also looking for new sponsors so I thought I'd announce it here first as there may be a couple of MAI members interested (business owners). Anyone that helps me with my training and fighting will get as much publicity as possible. okay, now I've a major rush to clear up all my work before I go. Missing you all already

Good luck with the training. That will be a tough camp for 4 weeks but well worth it. Look forward to the pics and updates as you go along.

Thats fantastic news Rob. I can't even imagine how tough it will be for four weeks but it will all be worth it. Hopefully you'll get the chance to post the odd update of your progress. Just remember that when you find it tough going we are all behind you.
