Here's my ugly mug on the fight card! I'm at the bottom so I should be the first fight on - good, I hate waiting around Louise is handling all the tickets so if anyone wants them, let her know asap. There are tickets for 25, 50 and 100 pounds (sterling) available. www.bamma.net/index.php/tickets/fightcard.html

Jaysus, that's a mad picture. I'm looking forward to the fight and I have invited my few friends around to watch in at my house............ no smart comments now! Go on Roberto Devane (you know they will eventually end up using that version). Best wishes for the night, wish I could be there to cheer you on.

ha everyone thinks that pic is funny (it's meant to be) - I just couldn't do a boring 'stand there and try to look mean' jobbie. As for my scrap being on tv - the BAMMA site said the main fight will go out live and as I'm the first fight I doubt it'll be shown on the 25th. However, they will keep showing the event over the next couple of weeks and I should get my mug on then. I hope the herpes......eh, I mean shingles clears up soon there slugger.

Classic pictures. Anyone see advertisements on Bravo with Pay per View option for BAMMA4? I'm sure it said £15.95 but cannot find any info on the internet.

The story so far: I had a great and tough week last week - the second last week is always the toughest for me. Thanks to Kiefer for all his help but I know he only helped me because he wants the favour returned for his scrap ha ha
This week is a wind down. I've already had one session today and I've one later, 2 tomorrow and one on Wednesday. It's more like rehearsing than training though. No point in being burnt out. I fly over on Thursday afternoon. Weigh-in on Friday and I'm fighting at around 5pm on Saturday.
How am I feeling? - I hear you all ask. I'm feeling great. I've trained so hard for this fight. I've been to Montreal 3 times this year and the UK twice - I've spent a lot of time, money and energy training. Sometimes it's very hard to see yourself improving but I can see that I have improved in all areas, especially building on from my previous experience. My weight is very good and I'm injury free. I am very positive and I'm ready for any eventuality that occurs during my fight. What more can I say? Just time to finish the last of my training and head over to do the business.
Thanks to everyone at MAI for the texts, emails, messages, kind words and support. That's why I'll always prefer training at MAI over anywhere else in the World. Ya just can't beat home.
The Man is over and out for the mo.

Just had my last session before my fight. Kiefer and I simply ran through the strategy for over an hour and had a light sweat. That's it now. All the hard work is done. All I have to do is cut the final few pounds (easy peasy) and I head over there in the morning. Weigh-in is on Friday and I fight about 5pm Saturday night. I couldn't have done any more than I did for this. I'm looking forward to getting it done and dusted and my hand being raised in the air. I won't be online until I get home so see you all very shortly. Thanks again everyone.

It was great training with Rob up for this fight, i really got a lot out of it and enjoyed every minute! All the hard work is done, you don't get enough credit from all the hard training you do here and away - much respect for that!! I can guarantee "The Man" is gonna shine on Saturday night and do the business as usual!!! Well done Rob were all behind ya!!!!
