Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Twyford who now have a baby girl called Isabelle. Phillip is a regular on this forum and at the studio. Despite getting plenty of 'kicks in the rocks' over the years, Phillip now has a brand new addition to his family. We can't wait until Isabelle is old enough to join the Little Ninjas class!

Hi All,
Thanks for all your good wishes. I am sitting here bleary eyed, those early morning feeds and all but I guess it will only make me stronger.
Well done at the MMA event on Sunday and hope to see some of you this Thursday when I creak back into the dojo.
