Well done to everyone for all the hard training leading up to this Sundays Amateur Rules MMA event. Best of Luck to everyone. I better not write anything about fighting strategies just in case the other side are reading this! You all know what to do so go out there and do it and have fun. See you on the day.

Have to say that I cant wait for this Sunday! Just to echo the sentiments above, Thanks Robert for putting us through our paces for this competition. I think its amazing to see how much the standard of everyone on the team has improved. In what is fair to say has only been a short period of time as well. That is down to hard work on everyones part, but mostly some A1 coaching from "De Man" once again. Cheers dude!
Go Team! High Fives all round ;D

Hi everyone! Best of luck to all members of Team MAI this Sunday. I'm sick that i can't be there and have missed most of the training. Sounds like everyone is well prepared and feeling good about it. It will be great experience for all involved. I'm sure we will do very well. Best of luck again, and kick butt!

This is a bit late from me, but best of luck to everyone. I'm sick I can't compete myself. Having taken part in some of the training sessions, and watching everyone, I have to say that everyone has really improved recently. Training in grappling, striking and takedowns the standard is really improved. No matter what happens on the day I know you'll all do us proud, and win, lose, or draw, everyone has already learned something, and that's what competeing is all about. Well done everyone and GOOD LUCK! (Not that anyone really needs it.)
