Alright folks, Since Irish Cup is coming up soon, I am wondering if any one is up for trying to get an extra few sparring sessions in , only cost tenner each I think for open session, I was thinkin Sunday morning cos I know every one busy week nights, or if any one else has suggestions of times and days I am open to it , just cant do during the days , workin ya no!!!
So even if we could get 5 or 6 people maybe two or three times for sparring before the competition would be pretty cool and we will all benifit from it, so if any one fancies it give me a holla. cheers.
