While I have other goals this year my primary one is weight loss. I started back hard training last week but a mother of a cold held me in check so this week it is time to let rip. I'll keep you posted. Declan

Not weighing myself for the first two weeks (a psychological thing lol) but trained really hard tonight in fact so hard it brought tears to my eyes (salt from sweat etc or at least that is my excuse) Bring It On

Week two starts today and have to say I don't think week one went that well thanks to a gift voucher for Captain America's I just felt obliged to use. So I'll wobble my fat ass down to the dojo and try again this week lol

sensei get (nurophen plus) great man for that it has that coadine, that cuts of signals to the brain so you can work throught. great man it is
