Best of luck to all of our members & instructors who are fighting in the Irish Cup Karate & Jiu-Jitsu competition this Saturday 21st June 2008 at the National Basketball Arena in Tallaght.

Don't forget to wear your club uniforms!

If you are not competing, come on down and give us all some support.

Yep best of luck everyone,have to say i enjoyed the training up to this,i can see a big improvement in everybodys sparring these days.we have gained alot of experience from competition this year so lets go get some more and bring home the gold..thanks rob for the great training sessions,really enjoyable as usual!...again if i don't see everybody till saturday best of luck... Yup. Thanks to Rob, and everyone involved in team MAI and other training who have helped myself and other club members train up for this.

The ju-jitsu should be interesting, looking forward to it! And I expect all the points sections to be taken by surprise by all the MAI superstars blitzing their way to those medals!

Alright lads , looking forward to Saturday too, training for this competition has been very enjoyable , the sparring has been pretty cool ( cheers Kiefer) and every one seems to be getting more adapt to points,and the techniques, hopefully we all do well on Saturday and all our competitors will gain from the experience, Best of luck to every one and see you all bright and early Saturday, And the ammount going from the club it will a scene from Warriors ha!
