Ah if its MMA it would have to be "The Natural". If someone could get a Couture vs Fedor fight to happen it would be some show. If I had to choose from the list, Id have to go with Iron Mike.
They have all better watch out though, Looks like Keifer is winning ;-)

Depends on the type of fighting - boxing = Mike KB or Thai = Benny or Bill MMA = Tito
but it is just opinion at the end of the day. My judgement is based on their stats and we all know that there are lies, d**n lies and statistics.

In terms of who is best at their individual style, I'd vote Mike (Tyson, not Moloney, but it's close.) That's a bit unfair though cos boxers don't have as many different things to learn as, for example Mixed Martial Arts fighters. If it was no rules, the Olsen Twins. There's two of them!

Hard one to call. Obviously they all come from different disciplines, so for me, it comes down to a street fight...and my money would be on Benny.

Ah, Mike, no need for that. He's past his best but he's still good...
Oh, you meant... Never mind.

I think that Randy Couture has shown how to nullify someone like Tito and Chuck Liddell. Bas Rutten is pretty good also but you should check out Frank Shamrock who gave Tito his First Defeat. I am also a big fan of George St Pierre who beat Matt Hughes.

Rammon Dekker was excellent. 2 of Benny's Thai opponents were: Narongnoi Kiatbandit & Prayuth (sometimes spelled Prayoud) Sittiboonlert. 2 more greats: Joe Lewis & Bill Wallace - here is a clip of them fighting at ages 45 & 46: www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-bjRT3NQUI

I am also a big fan of George St Pierre who beat Matt Hughes. I like GSP's intensity, and he really goes out to win fights, but I think Hughes lost the last fight without doing himself justice. Having said that, Serra was billed to fight, and StPierre was only willing to jump in, so you've gotta respect that. That Ramon Dekker clip is pretty good- serious leg kicks!

The greatest MMA fighter is Rich Franklin hands down.

This will be controversial but hey I was never afraid of that. If everybody was the same weight Benny the Jet would batter them all any rules as long as he was given the time to train because you see that's what made him great his philosophy and long time Martial Arts Incorporated Motto 'Every drop of sweat spilled in the gym is one drop less spilt in the ring'. As for The Olson twins I think most guys would just let them beat them up lol

The greatest MMA fighter is Rich Franklin hands down. Hi jayd I disagree wholeheartedly with all respect. Rich is a perfectly competent MMA fighter but I think that he has been shown to be very inferior compared to Anderson Silva. Rich is part of a group I personally consider as transitional MMA fighters, where they are all-rounders but not sufficiently proficient at one martial art to lead them to victory over top class opponents, unlike Silva with his MuayThai and BJJ. We're slowly entering a new era in MMA with all-rounders that are also highly skilled in one or more martial arts, and the generic all-rounders can't compete. Franklin is a solid wrestler, but wrestlers in general don't seem to be able to compete with top-notch striking and BJJ, though they can compete with (and have an advantage over) middle of the range versions. If you look at guys like Fedor or Silva, Franklin etc just don't compare. That being said, WAR FRANKLIN at UFC 83 vs Lutter

Franklin pure dominated Lutter at UFC 83 even when lutter took it to the floor so i disagree with your view on wrestlers losing to BJJ seen as Lutter is one of the leading men in BJJ and holds a Black Belt in it.
