Decided to run this as a new thread as the other one is looking quite dated (like me I hear you say lol). Anyway just back from hols and not sure what my body weight is as I ate a huge amount on hols and erm had a few tipples also lol. I did however get up at 7.30 am and run 6 kilometres and swam for half an hour and did some sit-ups and press-ups (the locals thought I was bloody mental hehe) so even though I feel fit I guess the scales will tell today. I'll let you know

great to have you back - you were definitely missed. You didn't miss too much while you were away - the weather here sucked. See you before I head off.

Plan is to give my self a couple of days to gradually get fitness back and then going to try to come up with a half hour cross training work-out that I can do before I teach the kids at 6 Mon, wed and Fri. It will have to be intensive but at the same time not injurious so I guess a mix of cardio and resistance will be the best option. I will let everyone in on it if it works out (human scientiific subjects not illegal if it is myself...right???) lol
