What am I focusing on these days. I have been experimenting with light weight training mixed in with core work and feel it making a difference. Cardio training consists of exercise bike work in the morning, my cardio kickboxing classes and the draining boxing circuit we have been doing on Friday afternoons. So I find myself about 5 kilos lighter than usual for this time of year.

Got my hands on an xlr8 vest so am going to be using it for a while the last time I had one I got some serious use out of it so will let you know how I progress.

So got more bands for the xlr8 and gave it a good going over yesterday morning did runs against it then shoots then shuffles then punches and then kicks with the leg restrained and now today my body really aches.....should I have expected the pain mmmmmmmmmmmm yes lol

Still using the xlr8 have come up with a bit of a circuit , thanks to Paul Coffey for some interesting arm toning variations (didn't know I was watching lol). But tonight is boxing circuit oof it burns

Robert joined me on this circuit last night and doh he makes it look too easy lol so I'll have to ramp it up. Seriously though this is a type of training than will keep me interested for ages, inspite of the pain lol
