hey everybody only 3 weeks left to the next competition!20th of september...
there is a great buzz in the sparring class at the moment,so if you are looking to get some more sparring experience drop down,also all of our instructors are available everday for private class sparring-and will give you all the right tips and tricks on how to win!
if you have not started your training now is the perfect time to start!!
is there many people competing?let us all know,keep in touch on how your training is going,on the forum and at the studio!!
